1. Free Shipping At Sollene Store, we offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No minimum order required.

2. Delivery Time All orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

5. Shipping Destinations We ship to all European countries. We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@sollenestore.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
